RGIS, LLC ("RGIS") maintains this site, which includes the domains known as "rgis.com" and "rgisinv.com" ("the site"), and provides this privacy statement, effective May 18,2007.

RGIS may collect personally identifiable information through the site. The site includes a public section and a customer section. A customer login, which RGIS may issue to RGIS customers, and a password are required to enter the customer section. Through the customer section, RGIS customers may input and communicate customer information and data to RGIS for purposes of analysis, reporting, and the like. RGIS may use the customer information and data in connection with RGIS services and RGIS operations, including research and development associated with RGIS services and RGIS operations.

RGIS will not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties without authorization. With respect to personally identifiable information inputted and communicated to RGIS for purposes of RGIS employment opportunities, such information may be disclosed to third parties for background checking and verification purposes.

RGIS may update and revise this privacy statement. When the privacy statement ismaterially changed, the link to the statement will be displayed with an icon including the text "updated" for a period of not less than 90 days.
